BMW Bethlehem relocates to Bloemfontein

Sovereign Motors BMW Bethlehem relocates to Bloemfontein

Following many successful years BMW Bethlehem has relocated following their integration into BMW Bloemfontein.

“We greatly enjoyed being part of the Bethlehem community and we are immensely grateful for the support. It was quite a journey, and this isn’t the end. We prefer to think of it as a new milestone on our way,” says dealer principal Dawie Marais.

Following the integration of BMW Bethlehem, BMW Bloemfontein are ready to serve this large geographical area in central South Africa.

“Our dealership is well placed and ready to serve the customers across central South Africa, including BMW owners from Bethlehem. The next closest dealerships are Vereeniging and Kimberley, which are also part of the Sovereign group, so we have this part of the country covered,” explains Marais.

“As part of our commitment some of the staff from the Bethlehem dealership relocated to Bloemfontein and they will continue to serve that area and customer base, which they know well,” added Marais.

“When it comes to servicing, BMW Bloemfontein will prioritise customers which have travelled a long distance to our dealership by ensuring that the work required is completed as efficiently as possible so that those owners can return home timeously,” promises Marais.

“In addition our service and parts managers were previously responsible for both the Bethlehem and Bloemfontein dealerships, so they know those customers and their needs well,” adds Marais.

BMW Bloemfontein is located in Langenhoven Park, an upmarket area that is alongside the N1 making access from all directions easy. The dealership comprises an extremely modern facility and retails new and used BMW, Mini and BMW Motorrad vehicles.

The dealership benefits from highly trained service technicians that specialise in all three brands that are represented and have enough capacity to meet the servicing requirements of all customers in this large geographical area.

“We have been able to remain competitive by doing the basics right. We have an excellent CSI rating. This is extremely important to us and we put a lot of effort into keeping our customers satisfied. Our service department, specialising in all three brands is also well known for their expertise,” explains Marais.

“BMW Bloemfontein now covers a large geographical area but we also try to sell outside of our region, especially when it comes to our pre-owned stock. We have put a lot of effort into social media and all our stock is listed on third party websites, which allows us to reach customers across South Africa and we will deliver vehicles to anywhere in South Africa,” says Marais.

“We are big on being involved with the local community and the local school sports as we believe this gives us good visibility to a wide variety of customers and potential customers. We also support passionate owners through clubs such as the BMW GS Inland club and the Mini maniacs as we believe this is a great way of staying in touch with our customers,” concludes Marais.
