Discover the all-new Mini Countryman S ALL4

The new and largest Mini model combines the flexible options of a crossover with intelligent all-wheel drive. The versatile, powerful and spacious new Mini Countryman S ALL4 is set to guarantee driving fun on any terrain.

Typically Mini with a reduced design language

The new Mini Countryman remains recognisable as a Mini at first glance and the new design impresses with its clear aesthetics. From the front the vehicle is characterised by the tense shape of the bonnet and the new octagonal grille. LED headlamps accentuate the uniqueness of the reduced design through individual signature modes. Short overhangs, slim outlines and a stretched contrasting roof are typical Mini. A wide and upright stance underlines its presence and off-road character while vertical rear lights frame the silhouette.

Under the bonnet

The new Mini Countryman will be offered exclusively with a 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbocharged engine that boasts an output of 160kW and 360Nm. The 48V mild hybrid motor supports the vehicle’s performance in the low-speed range with a temporary boost of 14kW.

The ALL4 all-wheel drive system provides a noticeable increase in traction, safety, driving stability and agility. With quick and precise electronic control, power is distributed between the front and rear wheels as needed under all road and weather conditions.

Inside story

The interior and exterior design can be accentuated by four trim choices namely Essential, Classic, Favoured and John Cooper Works.

Inside clear shapes underline the new design language. The dashboard with two-tone textile creates a new and particularly homely feeling while high-quality comfort seats provide secure and comfortable seating.

High quality materials, innovative technology and individually adjustable lighting create an immersive driving experience. One of the highlights is the Mini Experience modes that each have their own design and ambient lighting signature allowing the look and feel of the cabin to be completely changed at the touch of a button. The new Mini driving sounds create a unique atmosphere that supports personal driving settings with specially composed sounds.

A high-resolution, round OLED display measuring 240mm in diameter sets new standards for convenient operation of the infotainment and assistance systems. In conjunction with Mini Operating System 9, all vehicle functions can be operated intuitively via touch or voice assistants.

The Mini Countryman offers noticeably more interior space. Thanks to the rear seat backrest, which can be separated at a ratio of 40:20:40, the luggage compartment offers variable storage options ranging from 450 litres to 1 450 litres.

Innovative assistance features include partially automated Level 2 driving and extensive digital offerings, that support drivers and passengers in new ways.

One of those features is the option of semi-automated driving on multi-lane routes which allows the driver to take their hands off the steering wheel at speeds of up to 60km/h as long as they continue to monitor traffic and remain ready to intervene at any time. When changing lanes, the system helps to identify gaps in the traffic and adapt speed before automatically initiating the lane change.
